1992 - Company was established: A.I.K. was founded in 1992 by several private investors from Israel to take part in agricultural projects in the territory of the former Soviet Union and began it’s activities in Ukraine.
1993 - First project of greenhouse reconstruction: The first big successes of our group were projects of reconstruction of greenhouse complexes. Thanks to our extensive experience in complex greenhouse projects, we have been able to implement irrigation projects while integrating various systems from various manufacturers. Probably the most important achievement of ours at this stage was the understanding of how important it is to provide the plant with everything necessary for growth right in time and with high accuracy.
1997 - First open field irrigation project: In 1997 A.I.K. implements its first major open field drip irrigation project. Since then, drip irrigation of open field crops became an increasingly significant part of our activity. In fact, drip irrigation projects implemented by A.I.K. In open field became the first experience of intensive crop production using drip irrigation in several countries of the former USSR.
1999 - First project in Uzbekistan: In 1999 A.I.K. implements its first project in Uzbekistan. Gradually, thanks to the successful experience of operating our drip irrigation systems, we became the general supplier of drip irrigation systems and equipment for several leading agricultural corporations in Uzbekistan and many medium-sized agricultural producers.
2000 - First project in Azerbaijan: In 2000 A.I.K. implements its first project in Azerbaijan. Despite the massive presence of a large number of competing companies in the Azerbaijani market, both from the world leaders in drip irrigation and suppliers of cheap equipment from Asian countries, A.I.K. finds its niche in top tier projects.
2001 - Opening of a representative office in Moldova: In 2001, A.I.K. opens a permanent representative office in Moldova. Since the opening of a representative office in Moldova, A.I.K. gets the opportunity to work directly with local agricultural enterprises and farmers who grow grapes, fruit trees and seedlings.
2002 - First project in Moldova: In 2002 A.I.K. implements its first significant irrigation project of a young orchard in Moldova. Later A.I.K. is constantly expanding the scope of works in Moldova, and occupies a significant share of the high-quality drip irrigation market there.
2006 - Publication of a book dedicated to modern vegetable growing in open field and greenhouses: In 2006, A.I.K. for the first time participates in the publication of a manual for agricultural producers engaged in the cultivation of vegetables using drip irrigation systems. The decision to publish a series of professional books for agricultural producers results from the desire of A.I.K. to improve the skills of those who use our systems and enable them to achieve even higher yields.
2007 - The first project of a new greenhouse complex construction from scratch: The next stage in the development of A.I.K. was the construction of new greenhouse complexes on a turnkey basis using Dutch technology. New greenhouse complexes were built with the introduction of the most modern drip and sprinkler irrigation systems, precision plant fertigation systems, modern load-bearing structures, heating and climate control, screening systems and many other systems.
2007 - Publication of a book on modern methods of growing vegetables and potatoes using drip irrigation systems: In 2007, A.I.K. publishes a book dedicated to the nuances of using drip irrigation in vegetable crops in open field.
2008 - Opening of a representative office in Uzbekistan: In 2008, A.I.K. opens a permanent representative office in Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan is one of the most dynamically developing countries in everything related to introduction of modern methods of intensive crop production. Since the beginning of its activities in Uzbekistan, A.I.K. managed to take a leading position in the local market for high-quality drip irrigation projects and become the general contractor for several of the most significant agricultural producers in Uzbekistan.
2008 - Publication of a book dedicated to growing vegetables in greenhouses: In 2008, A.I.K. publishes a book on the nuances of using drip irrigation on vegetable crops in greenhouses.
2008 - Publication of a book dedicated to the cultivation of vegetables in the open field: In the same year, A.I.K. publishes the book about the most modern methods of growing vegetables in the open field.
2009 - First project in Kazakhstan: In 2009 A.I.K. implements its first drip irrigation project in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At that time, Kazakhstan was in dire need of intensive crop production technologies. A.I.K. brings with it knowledge, experience and equipment from the world's best manufacturers. Later A.I.K. becomes the undisputed market leader in quality drip irrigation projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2011 - Opening of a representative office in Kazakhstan: In 2011, A.I.K. opens a permanent representative office in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thanks to the constant presence of A.I.K. in close proximity to the customers, our customers manage to achieve cultivation results that are disproportionately better than those of other agricultural producers.
2014 - First project in Kyrgyzstan: In 2014 A.I.K. implements its first drip irrigation project in Kyrgyzstan. Since then A.I.K. cooperates with agricultural producers in Kyrgyzstan and helps them to intensify cultivation of crops in open field using drip irrigation.
2014 - Publication of a book dedicated to modern methods of industrial vegetable growing in the open field: In 2014, the A.I.K. publishes a book on new technologies for intensive cultivation of vegetable crops in open field using drip irrigation systems.
2014 - First project in Georgia: In 2014 A.I.K. implements its first drip irrigation project in Georgia. The design and assembly of drip irrigation systems for Georgia requires a number of changes compared to other regions. Regardless, A.I.K. successfully adapts to the conditions of Georgia, and takes its place in the local market of high-quality drip irrigation systems.
2016 - Первый проект в Туркмении: В 2016 году Группа компаний A.I.K. реализует свой первый проект капельного орошения на территории Туркмении, и становится одной из немногих компаний, имеющих опыт успешной работы с сельхозпроизводителями данного региона.
2016 - Publication of a book dedicated to intensive corn cultivation technologies: In 2016 A.I.K. publishes a book on the intensive cultivation of corn using drip irrigation systems. Due to the significant increase in the professional level of the agricultural producer’s personnel, A.I.K. decides to move on to publish more focused manuals that deal in depth with the methods of intensive cultivation of individual crops.
2017 – First heap leaching project: In 2017, A.I.K. implements its first drip irrigation project for the needs of the mining industry. A.I.K. supplies equipment for gold mining by heap leaching. The equipment supplied by A.I.K. has a number of advantages in such applications, compared with legacy techniques used by open pit mines, and to similar solutions from other manufacturers.
